  3. LADOT passes are valid on all LADOT transit services, including DASH.
  4. EZ transit passes are valid on all LADOT transit services, Metro Rail/Metro Bus, and most other transit services in Los Angeles County.
  5. Valid one-way, round trip, 10 trip ticket or monthly pass

DASH fares can also be paid using a trip ticket ONLY if a trip ticket is dropped into the DASH farebox. It is more effective to buy either a DASH monthly pass for $9/month or a DASH Ticket Book of 60 tickets for $15.

WHERE TO BUY PASSES

LADOT passes are available in person or by mail from the LADOT Transit Store, LA Mall Space 18B, 201 N. Los Angeles St., Downtown LA. Call (213, 310, 323 or 818) 808-2273 to order by mail, use the postage paid order form/envelope available on LADOT buses, or order online. The LADOT Transit Store is open Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

LADOT Monthly Passes and Trip Tickets are also available from employee/building transportation coordinators or the Metro Customer Center in Downtown LA at Union Station.

Metro Passes and EZ transit passes can be purchased in person at the LADOT Transit Store or are available through Metro Customer Centers and Sales Outlets. Call 1-800-COMMUTE for locations.

Transfers

  • Transfers between Commuter Express routes or to/from DASH can be made using your LADOT pass.
  • Transfers between Commuter Express routes, to/from all DASH routes, and to/from most fixed route transit services in LA County can be made using your EZ transit pass.
  • Transfers can also be made to other Commuter Express routes and to/from most other fixed route transit services in LA County by buying a $.35 Interagency Transfer when you pay your Commuter Express fare. ($.10 for seniors/persons with disabilities.) Interagency Transfers are not valid on DASH.
  • Some transfers may require an additional cash fare.
